Homeowners in Bountiful are trying to figure out how to pay for a massive increase in their HOA fees.  Residents at Orchard Corners Condominiums received a notice earlier this month from their homeowner association, informing them that their monthly fees could soon rise to more than $800, which is largely due to an increase in insurance costs.    Read the article…………………………….
