A Westchester attorney turned himself into police custody for allegedly stealing nearly $100,000 from his homeowner’s association while he was acting as a board member.  Valhalla resident John Pacor was arraigned this week on charges claiming that he stole $93,955 from the Pleasant Ridge Homeowners Association, where he lives with his wife and children.   Read the article………………
