Question: A group of fellow residents and I have two related issues, and we would appreciate your guidance.  First, two months ago, our HOA board drafted three proposed amendments to our covenants. They enlisted the assistance of the HOA attorney to develop the language. The three amendments were presented to members in a meeting, with distinct individual documentation and verbal descriptions.
