Due to the challenges in the California insurance market, the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association (POA) has halted gas and propane sales at Happy Camp.  As of midnight tonight, all current insurance policies held by the POA will expire, and the POA is facing significant rate increases due to the impact of California wildfires and the broader challenges within the state’s insurance industry.   Read the article…………………………….
