Faced with an ultimatum to resign or be forced from office, three members of the condominium board at Brittany Chase opted for the path of least resistance and stepped aside on Monday.  Resignations of Marianne Baker, Max Krasnopolsky and Paul Walmers were demanded by an insurgent group of homeowners, who call themselves “Wake Up, Brittany Chase,” a day after two unit owners endorsed by that group won two-year seats on the condominium association’s board.    Read the article………………..
