HOA Q&A: Has the law changed regarding if an owner is delinquent in payment of assessment? (FL)

Q: Our condominium association is planning to adopt a rule to allow trucks under a certain length in the community, as long as the truck is used for personal and not commercial purposes. Our Declaration prohibits trucks from being used or kept in the community except for commercial trucks that may be in the community because they are providing service to a resident or the association.   Read the Q&A………………………..
