What You Need to Know About Changes to Ontario Condo Law

Ontario unveiled sweeping changes to the Condominium Act that alter the way condominiums are managed. They enact new regulations that apply to condo boards, owners, and property managers, and are designed to protect condo owners’ investments.  The new Protecting Condominium Owners Act is implementing the changes according to a tiered schedule to ensure that all parties are prepared for the new rules.
