The Charleston Building Codes Board of Appeals upheld on Monday the city’s original “Order to Vacate” for the Dockside Association.  Dockside Condominium and townhome residents received a notice to vacate in February due to a “potential structural issue” in the condominium tower, as stated by the Dockside Board of Directors.    Read the article…………………………….
