A potential structural issue prompted Charleston officials to order that residents at a downtown condominium leave the building by the end of the day on Friday.  The board of directors for Dockside Condominiums said in a statement they were alerted to the issue. The statement did not specify what the issue was or its cause.  The board said the city of Charleston notified them Wednesday that residents “must be evacuated by Friday at 5 p.m.”   Read the article…………………………….
