Chicken issue stays on table in Columbiana (OH)

Noel argued once again that he felt hens would drive down property values and said many people have told him they don’t want their neighbors to have them.  “I think it’s interesting that all of the people who live in a homeowners association (HOA) are not going to have chickens because they are not allowed to have chickens,” he said, alluding to the belief that chickens affect property values and are not wanted.     Read the article……………
