City debates taking over unkempt private park from HOA (TX)

A possible lease agreement with the City of Laredo and Concord Hills Community Association was recently debated and tabled for further discussion due to conflicting ideas surrounding the area’s park.A 2.95-acre tract of land is currently unkempt in the Concord Hills subdivision off Highway 359, and the residents of the area reached out to District III Councilmember Melissa Cigarroa for assistance.    Read the article…………………………….
