A condo development in West Palm Beach has been given a little more time to pay its unpaid water bill of more than $1 million dollars. Residents had been given a notice that the city would shut off the water on April 7. Green Terrace is a condo community with 87 units and apparently has not been paying its water bill.    Read the article……….
