The city of Henderson says it will help front costs to fix a homeowners association water system so residents don’t have to evacuate.  Mayor Michelle Romero said the city will provide relief for residents of the Somerset Park community.  “If the HOA cannot or will not fix this problem by Sept. 10, we will,” Romero said at Tuesday’s Henderson City Council meeting.    Read the article…………………………….
