Lawmakers will likely try again to make changes to Colorado’s Construction Defect Action Reform Act in the upcoming legislative session after a reform bill failed last year.  The act, passed in 2001 and enacted in 2003, created a framework to solve disputes related to construction defects — flaws in the design or craft of a building — outside of a courtroom.    Read the article…………………………….
