As a property manager for over 30 years, primarily for HOAs, I have a unique question regarding board meeting notices.  It’s my understanding that all board meeting notices be “posted” prior to the meeting date. I recently had a meeting with the board and the attorney. It was held at the attorney’s office and, as usual, members were not permitted to attend.    Read the Q&A……………………….
