Hang a left out of the parking lot of Spring Valley Elementary, down Northern Durham Parkway, and you’ll probably spot the sign before the camera.  In red-and-white lettering, it warns the area is protected 24/7 by video surveillance from Flock Safety, an Atlanta-based company on a mission to solve crime. Nearby, small devices strapped to poles on either side of the street, just 400 feet from the edge of the school zone, track the license plates and other identifying information of every vehicle passing by.    Read the article……………………………..
