Community managers get to keep traditional tasks (FL)

A recent Florida Supreme Court ruling hands a victory to community association managers trying to keep their legal authority over tasks they traditionally perform for condominium boards or homeowners’ associations.  Mark Benson, a longtime community manager in Fort Myers and expert in property management, said managers are happy with the court’s May 14 ruling.     Read the article………….
