Question: My community recently approved roof replacements from the existing cement tile to metal. In a year’s time, half of the 28 towns homes replaced their roofs, but the others are still waiting. I guess they are waiting for leaks or money to do the job. Note that all the roofs here are over 20 years old.    Read the Q&A………………………………..
