One of the hardest hit areas during Wednesday’s early morning storms was Roque Bluffs, just south of Machias.  A homeowners association on Duck Cove Road had its gravel roads completely washed away. That has left no access for people to get in or out, including emergency vehicles. A plan is in place to evacuate by boat or helicopter in case of an emergency.    Read the entire article……………………………….
