Condo Authority Tribunal-Tips (ON)

The 2017 amendments to the Condominium Act, 1998 (the “Act”) created the Condominium Authority Tribunal (“CAT”), an online tribunal that helps settle and decide condominium-related disputes in Ontario. Since its inception CAT has exclusively handled record related disputes between owners and condo corporations.
