Families were forced out of their homes Tuesday night after an condo complex flooded in Allied Gardens.  The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. in the 5100 block of Fontaine Street. People in the Villa Fontaine community were either sleeping or getting ready to go to sleep when the roaring rapids came through.      Read the article…………………………….
