Condo culture: Rules are rules and they apply to all residents

Q: I just moved into a high-rise condominium. I found out after I moved in that there’s a weight limit on dogs. The dog I was going to buy is 4.5 kilograms over the limit established by the condominium rule. It says in the Residential Tenancies Act that a provision in a tenancy lease agreement prohibiting the presence of animals is void. It says nothing about the weight of the animal.   Read More……
