An ongoing dispute between the Summerland Waterfront Resort and residents of the resort shows no sign of ending, with the latest lawsuit alleging the resort is owed more than $32,000 in unpaid fees.  The notice of claim was filed on Aug. 23 against Edwin and Loreen Knelsen, long-time residents of the resort.    Read the article…………………………….
