Condo owners’ dogs to get park (MI)

There won’t be any recess at the former Jefferson School, being converted into condominiums, unless you have four legs and a tail.  On Monday St. Joseph city commissioners approved a request from developers of the Jefferson Loft condos at 2214 S. State St. to remove playground equipment on the lot and to use the space as a fenced-in dog park for their residents.
