A condominium association has filed a lawsuit against a paving company in town over a dispute regarding work promised but never started.  On March 6, the Southington Manor Condominium Association, Inc., which represents the condominiums at 273 Queen St. in Southington, filed a complaint with the New Britain Superior Court against Betkoski Brothers, LLC.    Read the article………….
