Condominium Association Life: Pool was bigger than approved

Q: I live in a homeowners association, and I recently installed a pool. I received approval from the HOA for a specific footprint and the final product was bigger as the plans changed after I applied for HOA approval. The HOA is now threatening to fine me and lien my house. Can it do this?   Read the Q&A……………..
