Tips for HOAs and Condos to Safely Remove Icicles

Severe winter storms have pummeled the country this year with snow, ice, and below-freezing temperatures. On February 16, snow covered 73% of the U.S., according to the National Weather Service.  One of the many winter hazards associations may be dealing with are icicles.
