Condos with uninsurable roofs to get Citizens’ insurance as they pursue replacement (FL)

Condominium buildings with roofs too old or too damaged to qualify for insurance will get some relief — the state’s insurer of last resort has agreed to cover the buildings if certain conditions are met.  Condos, mostly, and other commercial buildings were previously able to get insurance through the commercial insurance market for these risks.    Read the article…………………………….
