Aiken County sues River North HOA, construction company over unpaid expense of damaged sewer line (SC)

Aiken County is suing the River North Homeowners Association and a Virginia-based construction company over an incident three years ago that it says damaged a main sanitary sewer line and left the county still waiting on reimbursement of the nearly $120,500 expended in emergency repair of that line.   Read the article………………………..
