Only one condo owner in the unfinished Landings at Harborside community in Perth Amboy will continue on in the fraud lawsuit against the Kushner Companies over the proposed $600 million waterfront development. Two owners settled late in the day Thursday with the New York-based redevelopment company run by father-son duo Charles and Jared Kushner.
