The Coconut Creek woman who has been sued for defamation by the city’s vice mayor filed paperwork Tuesday to run against her in next year’s municipal elections.  Philippa Sklaar completed the initial paperwork to open a campaign account and accept campaign contributions for the 2025 election, according to city officials.  She signed up to run against Jackie Railey, who also serves as president of the Wynmoor Community Council, the master homeowners association of Wynmoor Village, a community with about 9,000 residents.     Read the article…………………………….
