A contractor doing excavation work in the Fox Hill I condominium complex ruptured a Central Hudson natural gas line, causing the residents to be evacuated by first responders on Tuesday just after noon. The City of Poughkeepsie police and fire departments responded to the emergency to assist in evacuating the residents while waiting for Central Hudson crews to respond and shut the gas line off.    Read the article…………………………….
