The Corporate Transparency Act has made its way to the United States Supreme Court as FinCEN has filed an emergency application with SCOTUS to revoke the nationwide injunction against the enforcement of CTA by a Texas District Court and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of Texas Top Cop Shop, Inc., et al. v.
