Two lawsuits are pending against the developer that wants to transform the Eagle Ridge golf course in Lakewood into 556 residential units and a shopping center. But that hasn’t stopped GDMS Holdings LLC from filing an application with the township Planning Board. It is within its rights to do so, and if it gains approval it can start carving up the fairways and putting greens before the courts rule.   Read the article……………..
