An effort to exit a rental pool didn’t go well for unit owners in a West Kelowna resort.  In a B.C. Supreme Court decision from Wednesday, owners of suites within the Cove Resort were told they would not be allowed to leave the rental pool they contractually entered years earlier — something that would have given individual owners more freedom and access to higher profits.    Read the article…………………………….
