Covenants are public record and must be provided to owners on request (FL)

I moved into my townhouse a little over a year ago. I have not received the master declaration of covenants or bylaws.  A month after I moved in, problems started happening. The main issue is that there is a drainage problem after every rain. I have to park my car across the street because the water rises so high. I contacted an attorney but was told the seller disclosed that there was an issue, but the HOA remedied the problem.   Read the Q&A………………………..
