Representatives of the Crestfield Homeowners Association met with Procter & Gamble and Berkeley County officials on this week to discuss how floodwater allegedly coming from P&G could be diverted away from the housing development.  Crestfield residents in August complained to Berkeley County officials that floodwater from P&G runs into the development during heavy rain storms.    Read the article…………………
