In an effort to crack down on dog feces cleanup, a local condominium complex is requiring DNA testing for residents’ dogs, a move that many residents are saying is too much overreach.Oak Meadows Homeowners Association on Federal Road in Brookfield has entered into an agreement with a laboratory to collect and test DNA samples of all dogs who live in the complex.    Read the article…………………………….
