Blame for damage at Plaza Towers in historic Grand River flood will be left to jurors (MI)

The attorney for Plaza Towers Condominium Association says the city owes millions in damages after a devastating flood along the Grand River in 2013.  The association is claiming “inverse condemnation” after Plaza Tower’s riverside parking garage filled with 5 feet of water – 1.6 million gallons.    Read the article………………………..
