A Simpsonville man continues to haggle in court with his homeowners association which says he has violated the covenants of Holly Tree Plantation. In January, Circuit Court Judge Robin Stilwell ordered Melchior Julien to pay more than $3,600 in attorney fees by Feb. 1 or the court could issue a bench warrant for his arrest, according to Greenville Common Pleas documents.
