Lot owner bound by declaration of covenants even when not aware they existed (FL)

Q: The renters in a home I own occasionally violate the HOA rules, such as parking a trailer in the driveway or leaving the trash can visible in front of the house. The HOA sends me a letter with a threat to impose fines if the violation is not corrected. I see that the renters correct the violation. I do pay the small yearly HOA assessment. I purchased that home at a city-owned property auction.   Read the Q&A……………………………….
