The entrance gates at Berry’s Ridge are wide open. This neighborhood is located just off County Road 15A.  A neighbor, who preferred to remain anonymous, said that since he bought his home nearly 20 years ago, the gates have never been closed.  “It was advertised as a closed, gated community with a security box that you needed to get in the gate,” he said.   Read the article…………………………….
