Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation’s Guidelines and Regulations for Electronic Voting

Recent legislation paved the way for Florida community associations to implement electronic voting. In previous posts, we discussed how electronic voting will allow community associations to work within the digital space, how there will be many new rules and regulations affecting how associations hold elections, and what must be done for them to be conducted legally. Recently, the Department of Business and Professional Regulations released proposed new administrative rules regulations governing electronic voting for condominiums. These proposed rules would be found in Florida Administrative Code 61B-23.00211 and 61B-23.0021.    Read the article…………..
