Developer to buy Midland condominiums severely damaged by flooding (MI)

After weeks of deliberation, the condominium owners at Midland’s Village West have agreed to sell their 46 units to contractor Doug Loose.  The condominiums at 3314 Pine Grove Drive suffered severe damage during the historic May floods that ravaged Midland County. Most owners believed their units would cost more to fix than they were worth until Loose proposed an alternative solution about a month after the flooding.     Read the article……………………………..
