Ask Joe: I checked with John Samberg, the attorney who represents the Double Diamond Homeowners’ Association about what’s happened to a some of the greenbelt areas in South Reno.  Samberg says the HOA hired a crew to come out and spray to eliminate weeds in the flood channel which runs through the Double Diamond neighborhood.   Read the Q&A……………………….
