Homeowners in one St. Johns County neighborhood say their yards and streets flood frequently, to the point where it’s eroding their properties.  This is at the Windward Ranch Subdivision, built by Lennar Homes.  Neighbors claim their back and side yards are sloping down as the soil continues to wash away.    Read the article……………….
