Patricia would like to see the ducks relocated. The non-native species can be humanely euthanized, but federal law says, they can’t be moved somewhere else.  So if 75 percent of the homeowners are okay with that. A trapper can be hired to trap the birds and kill them.  That trapping is up to the homeowner, or homeowner’s association, to pay for.  Muscovy ducks are considered undesirable because they can transmit diseases and breed with native waterfowl.  They can multiply quickly.    Read the article…………………
