According to a March 12 report from the Las Cruces Association of Realtors, thirty-two condominiums units changed hands between January 1 and December 31 of last year. The final sales prices ranged between $93,000 and $360,000, with a median sales price of $205,000. The median is where half sold for more and half sold for less.
