Dear Eldorado residents and anyone who lives in a common-interest subdivision governed by a homeowners association (HOA) with covenants in New Mexico.  There is misinformation going around Eldorado, my HOA, that there is a federal/state law forcing HOAs to allow homeowners/members all the solar they want and any kind of solar they want.
