Election date can be required in bylaws, not statute (FL)

Q: Our condominium election is in December, which makes no sense to me because most of our community goes back north for the holiday season, and the election is scheduled right before Christmas. Is there a law requiring the association to conduct an election when everyone is here?      Read the Q&A…………………
